Traditional Workplaces Were Not Designed for Patients
Medical cannabis patients who work remotely, freelance, run businesses or study face a specific and largely invisible problem. Traditional coworking spaces are not designed around prescribed medication, chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue or the practical realities of managing a long-term health condition while remaining productive.
Open-plan offices are noisy and often inaccessible for people managing pain or sensory sensitivity. Coffee shops offer no privacy and no discretion. Working from home isolates patients who are already isolated by their condition.

Do I need to pay extra to use the workspace?

No. Workspace access — including private booths, quiet rooms, flexible seating and complimentary Wi-Fi — is included in every membership tier from the free Verified Member tier upwards. There is no separate coworking fee.
Can I use the workspace all day?

Yes. Members are welcome to use the workspace throughout opening hours on any day they visit. There is no minimum or maximum time commitment.
Can I hold meetings at UKMC Lounge?

Informal meetings are welcome in designated seating areas, subject to lounge capacity and house rules. We ask that all visitors accompanying members for meetings are respectful of the environment and of other members.

Do I need a prescription to use the workspace?
